Booking Terms and Conditions at Salamandra Rent

The Terms and Conditions apply to Salamandra SPA and Leśne SPA near Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Facilities.

Persons staying at the Facility are hereinafter referred to as Guests.

The person making the booking at the Facility and paying for the booking is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

Bookings can be made electronically and payments can be made directly to the Property Owner's account.

By online payment. To make this form of payment, customers use the payment operator's solutions – TPAY.COM.

When choosing this option, the customer receives an e-mail with a link to the payment page, enabling them to make an online payment using the Tpay payment system.

By choosing to pay via Tpay, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of payment specified by Tpay.

Bookings can be made for individuals or companies. If you wish to receive an INVOICE, please select this option on the ‘Summary’ screen and provide your exact details (first name, surname/company name, exact address, tax identification number - in the case of companies).

Information about mobility restrictions and, consequently, the preferred floor of accommodation should be provided at the time of booking.

Detailed information:

1. Making a booking is tantamount to confirming that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them, as well as that you have read and accepted the Personal Data Protection Policy www.salamandrarent.pl

2. Guests staying at the Facility are also required to comply with health and safety and fire regulations and, in exceptional circumstances, to follow the instructions of the Facility staff.

3. In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the Facility has the right to refuse further services to Guests who violate them. Such persons are obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Facility's staff, settle any outstanding payments for services rendered and pay for any damage or destruction caused, and to leave the Facility's premises immediately.

4. By making a booking, the guest agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making the booking and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the applicable provisions of the applicable laws on the protection of personal data. The guest has the right to access and update their personal data.

5. Bookings are made for the person or company that will make the payment.

6. Only persons registered at the reception desk of the Facility are entitled to use the Facility. Guests may not transfer the rented apartment to other persons, even if the period for which they have paid has not expired.

7. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open fire in the Facility and its surroundings, and in the apartments, it is also forbidden to use irons, heaters and other electrical appliances that are not part of the apartment's equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio/video and computer equipment.

8. The guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of items, equipment and devices of the Facility caused by him or his visitors. The basis for financial compensation for damage or destruction is the price list available at the reception desk of the Facility, a bill documenting the actual cost of repairing the damage or an expert's appraisal.

9. In case of discrepancies between the inventory of the apartment and the actual state of the apartment or damage, this fact should be reported at the reception desk immediately upon arrival. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment was complete and undamaged.

10. Guests are obliged in particular to use the facilities of the Facility in a manner that does not cause damage or deterioration of their condition.

11. The Facility's liability for loss or damage to items brought by Guests to the Facility is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Facility's liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk. The Facility has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items for safekeeping, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to safety or are of excessive value in relation to their size or standard, or if they take up too much space.

12. At the end of their stay, Guests are required to report their departure so that the apartment can be collected by a member of the Facility's staff.

13. The hotel day begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.

14. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

15. Users of the Facility are required to behave in such a way that during quiet hours they do not disturb the peace of other guests, and during the day they comply with social norms and respect the right to rest of other people staying at the Facility.

16. Unregistered persons may stay at the Facility between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

17. The presence of unregistered persons in the Facility after 9:00 p.m. is tantamount to the Guest's consent to the paid accommodation of these persons. Each additional person will be accommodated at the price of a hotel extra bed from the price list available at the reception desk or on the Facility's website.

18. The Facility does not accept pets.

19. Children and young people under the age of 18 are only allowed to stay under the supervision of adults who take full responsibility for their actions, as well as for any consequences of these actions and for any situations that arise on the premises of the Facility.

20. The Facility reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances or who behave in a vulgar manner.

21. Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is prohibited throughout the entire facility. Smoking is only permitted outside, in designated areas.

Additional fees:

1. The price of the stay does not include the local tax collected during the registration process and transferred to the account of the municipality, as well as any other additional fees.

Deposit:

1. A prepayment in the form of a deposit is required to make a booking.

2. Payment of the deposit is tantamount to the Guest's acceptance of the booking conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

3. In the case of a non-refundable offer, the Guest will be charged a deposit in the amount of the total value of the booking at any time.

4. Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time limit will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation:

1. Refundable offer – in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded in full to the Guest.

2. In the case of a non-refundable offer, the Guest will be charged the total price of the booking in case of cancellation at any time.

3. Failure to use the entire stay as booked does not entitle the Guest to a refund of the payment made.

Online bookings:

1. Online bookings can be made via the website www.salamandrarent.pl

2. In order to confirm the booking, the Guest is required to make a payment of 100% of the total booking value within one hour of making the booking.

3. Payment is made via the TPay payment system, available in the booking panel.

4. The same cancellation and complaint rules apply to online bookings as to bookings made in other forms.

Complaints

1. Guests have the right to lodge complaints regarding the services provided by the Facility.

2. The Facility will only consider complaints sent by email to the following address: biuro@salamandrarent.pl within 14 days of the end of the Guest's stay at the Facility or, if the stay did not take place on the date specified in the booking, within 14 days of the date on which the stay should have taken place.

3. The Facility reserves the right to consider a complaint submitted by a Guest within 14 days. Within this period, the Facility will inform the Guest of the outcome of the complaint.

Additional information:

1. We offer free, unguarded parking. Parking is available in designated areas. The owner of the Facility is not responsible for cars left in the car park or any property left in them.

2. Failure to arrive by 10:00 a.m. on the following day is tantamount to cancellation of the booking.

3. In case the number of guests arriving at a given room or rooms is lower than the number specified in the booking, the price determined during the calculation of the cost of the stay shall remain unchanged – empty beds in the room must also be paid for, regardless of the reason for non-arrival.

4. Shortening the booking for any reason (e.g. due to weather conditions, sudden illness, physical indisposition, cancellation of leave) shall be charged to the guest at 100% of the accommodation service value according to the originally booked date.

5. Failure to use the entire stay due to arrival later than stated in the booking does not result in a reduction in the payment for the service.
