3. What data are we talking about? How do we obtain it?
We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us.
We receive your personal data in connection with the booking process / conclusion of a contract / request for services at the Facility or as a result of you providing this data via the contact form available on our website, on websites with which we cooperate or via other direct communication channels.
4. For what purpose do we process your data and on what basis?
The processing of your personal data is necessary for us to perform the contract concluded with you / handle your booking / handle your enquiries.
We are required by law to process your data for tax and accounting purposes.
We also process your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Facility, which is:
· ensuring the delivery, security and settlement of services / bookings / transactions relating to the services we provide to you, including enforcing compliance with the Facility's internal rules;
· handling your enquiries submitted to the Facility when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract;
· conducting research and statistical analysis of the Facility's website, including its functionality, improvement of services or assessment of the main interests and needs of visitors;
· conducting research and analysis of websites that act as intermediaries in the conclusion of a contract with the Facility / registration for a service you have booked, including in terms of its functionality, improvement of services or assessment of the main interests and needs of visitors;
· debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
· storing data for archiving purposes and to demonstrate our compliance with legal obligations;
· processing your data for the direct marketing of the Facility's products and services, including sending commercial information based on your consent.
The legal basis for our processing of your data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
5. What data may we ask you for?
Depending on the purpose and manner in which we obtain the data, we may ask you for data such as:

· ID card / passport number
· Car registration number
· Telephone number, e-mail address
· Company name, address, tax identification number
· Payment card number, bank account number
6. Do you have to provide us with your data?
· Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the services we provide to you, i.e. handling your booking or performing other services covered by the contract.
· Consent to receive information about special offers, promotions, discounts and other marketing campaigns is also voluntary. We need it to send you our newsletter. If you do not agree to receive these materials, we will simply not send them to you. You can change your consent at any time.
7. How long do we store your personal data?
First and foremost, we store your data until we have completed your booking or other service we provide for you and until the time for any claims in connection with these services has expired.
· In addition, we may store your data for the purposes of preventing abuse and fraud, for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract/end of your stay.
· For billing purposes, we will store the data for the period during which the Facility is required to retain the data or documents containing it in order to document compliance with legal requirements, including enabling public authorities to verify compliance.
8. What are your rights regarding the data processed?
You may:
· access your data and rectify it,
· in justified cases, request us to delete or restrict the processing of your personal data or object to specific ways in which we use your personal data,
· in justified and duly documented cases, request us to transfer your personal data to third parties.
9. Who has access to your data? Who will we definitely not share it with?
· We only share your personal data with employees and associates who need to have access to it in order for us to guarantee high quality service, both in terms of fulfilling your booking/contract/request or handling your enquiry.
· If the data you provide to us is processed by a third party, this is only done on our behalf and on the basis of a contract concluded with that party. We do not disclose your data to any third parties for their own use – only for the purpose of providing our services. All entities that process your personal data ensure its security and fulfil all obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
· In addition to our authorised employees, access to the data may be granted, among others, to the organisers of events included in our offer and contractors providing management, accounting, marketing, IT and legal services to us.
· If necessary, we may transfer your personal data to public authorities fighting fraud and abuse.
10. Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
Your personal data will only be transferred outside the European Economic Area if such transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract/application you have concluded.
11. Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling), but this will not have any legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect your situation.
The profiling of personal data by the Facility consists in the processing of your data (also in an automated manner), in particular for the analysis or prediction of personal preferences and interests.
12. Do we use cookies and plugins for other websites?
· Through cookies, which are files stored by your web browser on your computer's hard drive, the Facility collects data related to how you use websites in order to improve the services we offer to visitors and users of the company's websites. The process involves the use of cookies. By adjusting your browser settings, you can block cookies at any time or indicate that cookies may only be set if you expressly accept them.
· Cookies do not enable us to identify you personally. The data stored in cookies contain information about the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit and other information about your activity on the pages.
· For the purpose of the aforementioned analysis, aggregated and anonymous statistical data is collected. During the collection and processing of data, the shortened IP address of the website visitor may also be viewed.
The data is analysed in particular for the following purposes:
· calculating the number of visitors to the website,
· tracking which areas of the website are particularly attractive to a particular visitor,
· analysing where visitors to the website come from in order to optimise the services provided,
· adapting the offer to specific target groups.
Plugins for other portals
· Our website uses ‘plugins’ from social networks and portals of other service providers.
When you visit our website containing such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google or TripAdvisor.
The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the website. Through this integration, the service providers receive information that your browser has accessed our website, even if you do not have a profile with the respective service provider or are not currently logged in.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to the server of the respective service provider and stored there.
