Frequently asked questions

Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. at both properties. Check-in is self-service: we send you a door code before arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, give us a call and we will try to arrange it.

We have two properties: Salamandra SPA in Kościelisko (8 apartments, a few minutes’ drive from central Zakopane) and Leśne SPA (Forest SPA) in Wólka Radzymińska – 2 forest cabins of 35 m² each, 30 km from central Warsaw.

Yes. In Kościelisko, the indoor and outdoor sauna, the hot tub and the brine graduation tower are included, and there is also a barbecue shelter on site. At Leśne SPA, the hot tub, the sauna and firewood for the hot tub, fire pit and barbecue are included. Filling and heating the hot tub for your arrival costs PLN 100 (optional).

Booking on our website is the cheapest option – you pay less than on booking portals. Pay online via Tpay (BLIK, card, instant transfer) or by regular bank transfer. Your booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit is paid; the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. You can also call us: +48 668 118 699 (8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.).

The minimum stay in our Kościelisko apartments is 2 nights, longer during Christmas, New Year and winter school holidays – the booking system shows this when you choose your dates. At Leśne SPA, 1 night is enough. Final cleaning is included in the price. In Kościelisko, only a local tourist tax (PLN 3 per person per night) is added. At Leśne SPA we take a PLN 1,000 security deposit, refunded after your stay. Parking is free at both properties.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and we refund the full deposit. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Details are in our terms and conditions.

In our Kościelisko apartments pets are accepted upon prior arrangement – please contact us before booking. At Leśne SPA near Warsaw pets are welcome and stay free of charge.

Not in our Kościelisko apartments – parties are not allowed and quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Leśne SPA near Warsaw is made for it: birthdays, hen and stag parties and team events are welcome, as long as quiet hours are respected.

In our Kościelisko apartments we provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge on request – just mention it when you book. Baby cots are not available at Leśne SPA near Warsaw.
